Currency and GST

All Prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax) at the rate of 10%.

Addresses Policy

If the customer provides an incorrect or insufficient address, then they will be required to pay the redelivery postage costs to the correct address.

Payment

Payment can be made online using your credit card via Secure Pay.

Yarn Strong Sista uses Secure Pay to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card and charge card transactions. Confidential information including card details are encrypted using industry standard SSL 128-bit encryption technology.

Alternatively, you may wish to post or fax an order form (download and complete our pdf order form).

We also accept Australian cheques. Please do not send cash.

Pricing and Availability of Items

The prices shown on the website apply to products purchased online. Prices are set at the recommended publisher price in most instances. In some cases they may be less than the recommended retail price (RRP) when we are running promotions with specific titles.

Shipping and returns

Generally, book titles in stock are delivered within 5 to 10 working days of the order when shipped to an Australian address. However, many of our other products are handmade to order and can take up to three weeks. To find out approximately how long your order will take call us on (03) 9338 3492 or email us at yarnstrongsista@iprimus.com.au. We send overseas orders by airmail.

Order value: $50.00 - $150.00 - $16.50
Order value: $151.00 - $300.00 - $22.00
Order value: $301.00 - $600.00 - $33.00
Order value: Over $600 - $44.00

Larger/Heavier items may incur further handling and delivery charges depending on destination

When placing an order for books through our website, please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.
