Lucky and Spike

Lucky and Spike is the thrilling tale of two spinifex hopping mice who leave their burrow each night to race across the plains in search of food. Avoiding predators is a risky business, especially when a feral cat and a ravenous owl are on the hunt. Lucky and Spike are heading to the people’s camp to forage for spinifex seeds when they come face-to-face with a prowling cat. The chase is on! The terrified mice skid across the dirt and hide among the people who are dancing to the hum of the didgeridoo. A camp dog joins the ruckus and takes off after the cat.
