This scarf is inspired from an Ochre painting that depicted Story of being on Taungurung Country with my Elder Aunty Bernadette Franklin who was working with an Archaeologist conducting site work.

YSB’s Aboriginal Fashion Accessories were designed in Narrm and created
in Kathmandu, Nepal. Yarn Strong Sista works with organisations who are
committed to social justice, where fair wages are paid, and women and families
are supported through education and global economic empowerment.

Original designs by Aboriginal Designer Annette Sax are inspired by
stories and gifts from Taungurung Country.

These beautiful hand made products of pashmina, silk and wool bring to life
the colours and shapes of Ochre within the landscape.
Fashion Accessories include pashmina and wool wraps, bamboo scarves and silk ties.

YSB is proud to bring you this collection that features Aboriginal culture and designs
while working in partnership with First Nation Artisans from all over the world,
working towards to self determination.
