Description
These handcrafted dolls are designed by a young First Nation artist, whose name means ‘Waterfall’ in her Torres Strait language. She created self-portraits that have been transformed into these beautiful cotton dolls, celebrating the diversity of our community. The colours used in the clothing reflect her Aboriginal and Torres Strat Island identity.
Each doll includes a story card that shares their name, background, and hobbies.
Doll measures approximately 40cm.
Doll and clothes are made of cotton, hair is made of wool and faces are hand-painted.
